Setting Up Your Agent Profile

Step 1: Complete Your Professional Information

  1. Navigate to Profile → Edit Profile
  2. Fill in your professional details:
    • Full Name: Your professional name as it appears on your license
    • Agent License Number: Your official real estate agent license
    • Years of Experience: Total years in real estate
    • Specializations: Select all that apply
      • Residential properties
      • Commercial properties
      • Land sales
      • Luxury properties
      • First-time buyers
    • Service Areas: Cities/regions where you operate
    • Agency Name: Your agency or brokerage (if applicable)

Step 2: Write a Compelling Bio

Your bio is the first thing potential clients see. Include:

  • Notable achievements or certifications

  1. Go to Settings → Verification
  2. Upload:
    • Agent license certificate

Creating Your First Property Listing

Step 1: Navigate to Add Property

Click "Add Property" from your dashboard or navigation menu.

Step 2: Select Property Type and Listing Type

  • Address: Full street address
  • City: City or town
  • State/County: County
