Available Payment Methods

M-Pesa (Primary Method)

Best for: All Kenyan users Advantages:

  • Instant activation
  • No transaction fees
  • Widely available
  • Secure mobile payment

Requirements:

  • Kenyan M-Pesa account
  • Active Safaricom or Airtel number
  • Sufficient balance

How to pay:

  1. Select M-Pesa at checkout
  2. Enter M-Pesa phone number (format: +254XXXXXXXXX)
  3. Click "Pay Now"
  4. Approve STK push notification on your phone
  5. Enter M-Pesa PIN
  6. Receive confirmation SMS
  7. Subscription activates instantly

Transaction limits:

  • Min: KSh 10
  • Max: KSh 150,000 per transaction
  • For larger amounts, split payment (contact support)

Bank Transfer

Best for: Annual plans, enterprise subscriptions Processing time: 1-2 business days

How to pay:

  1. Select "Bank Transfer" at checkout
  2. Receive payment details (account number, reference)
  3. Transfer funds from your bank
  4. Upload proof of payment
  5. Await manual verification
  6. Activation within 24-48 hours

Setting Up Payment Methods

Adding M-Pesa Account

  1. Go to SettingsPayment Methods
  2. Click "Add M-Pesa Account"
  3. Enter phone number (+254XXXXXXXXX)
  4. Verify with OTP sent to phone
  5. Set as default payment method

Verify your number:

  • Ensures smooth transactions
  • Faster checkout process
  • Auto-fill on future payments

Managing Payment Methods

View saved methods:

  • Settings → Payment Methods
  • See all linked accounts
  • Default payment highlighted

Remove payment method:

  • Click "Remove" next to method
  • Confirm deletion
  • Cannot remove if it's your only method

Set default:

  • Click "Set as Default"
  • Used automatically at checkout

Billing Cycles

Monthly Billing

Charged: Same date each month Example: Subscribe on Jan 15 → charged on Feb 15, Mar 15, etc.

Auto-renewal:

  • Automatic charge on billing date
  • Email reminder 3 days before
  • Can cancel anytime before renewal

Annual Billing

Charged: Once per year Discount: 15-20% vs monthly Example: $600/year vs $720/year ($60/month × 12)

Payment: Upfront for full year Renewal: Annual reminder + auto-renewal option

Payment Failures

Insufficient funds:
